In accordance with Statutory law 15/1999 of 13 of December of Protection of Data of Character Personal (LOPD), the data provided by the User will be built-in in an automated file, which will be processed exclusively for the described purpose. These will take shelter through the corresponding mechanisms, which single will contain the fields essential to be able to serve required by the User.

The personal character data will be dealt with the suitable level of protection, according to Real Decree 994/1999 of the 11 of June, taking themselves safety measures necessary to avoid their alteration, loss, treatment or nonauthorized access on the part of third that can use it for different purposes for which they have been asked for the User. The personal character data object of the automated treatment could only be yielded, according to consists in article 11 of Statutory law 15/1999 of 13 of December, for the fulfillment of aims directly related to the legitimate functions of the assigning one and the assignee with the previous consent of the affected one.
